This festive season, we're seeking talented team members to support our car park, concierge and valet services across various Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand.

We're looking for friendly, reliable professionals who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences for customers during our busiest time of the year.

As a Valet Parking and Car Park Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing outstanding customer service to retailers and visitors
  • Greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure from the centre
  • Supporting valet services by opening car doors and assisting guests as they exit their vehicles
  • Ensuring safe parking and handling of customer vehicles with care and efficiency (Valet roles only)
  • Maintaining smooth traffic flow throughout our car parks
Essential Qualifications
  • Exceeding expectations to enhance the customer and retailer experience
  • Feeling confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Confidently and safely driving and parking both manual and automatic vehicles with care and precision
  • Hold a full open driver's licence (Manual, Auto, or International)
  • Availability for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
