Lead Radiology Professional

Bendigo Advertiser seeks a highly respected and experienced leader in medical imaging to join our team.

The Role

As a key figure in our radiology organisation, you will inspire and motivate your colleagues to deliver exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with senior management and local team members to strengthen our reputation and create a Centre of Excellence by supporting the development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a Chief Medical Imaging Technologist or Deputy Chief ready for their next challenge
  • Leadership qualities with a proven track record of motivating and developing others
  • Delivering high-quality examinations to diverse patient groups while prioritising patient welfare and safety
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with key stakeholders
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities with initiative and independent judgement
  • Commercial awareness with demonstrated understanding of workflow optimisation and patient care quality
  • AHPRA and/or ASAR registration and Victorian Radiation Licence if applicable
