Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled communications professional to support the execution of corporate reputation and internal communications strategy in the ANZ region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a communications role, with strong written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to write engaging content for internal and external audiences, manage press office enquiries, and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Liaise with PR agency: Manage day-to-day liaison with our communications agency, providing information, driving approvals, and reporting results.
  • Press enquiries & trade media management: Manage incoming requests for comment, liaising with relevant stakeholders internally and crafting responses. Develop and own relationships with relevant food, beverage, and FMCG trade media.
  • Development of content for earned media and digital channels: Implement a corporate communications plan to proactively showcase internal and external news and initiatives. Identify and develop relevant features and news, including written stories and videos.
  • Internal Communications: Support high-quality and engaging internal communications to corporate and frontline manufacturing employees. Forecast and manage internal communications calendar and content development across internal and owned channels.
  • Brand Communications: Partner with teams to support Marketing in developing responsible brand campaigns and effective public relations activities.
