This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial part in supporting our contract delivery team, developing and leading performance monitoring processes, and assisting in implementing strategic projects across various sites.

You will work closely with our Operations Manager - Offshore & Remote Esso Contract in Bass Strait, requiring exceptional stakeholder management skills. Key initiatives and roles include:

- Monitoring service deliverables, ensuring contract compliance and driving continuous improvement.
- Developing and implementing menu concepts, overseeing ordering processes, and monitoring client & resident feedback.
- Providing leadership and management support to Unit Managers for achieving business objectives, promoting safety culture framework, and attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

**Further Responsibilities**

- Coordinating and leading all Menu and Food Concepts.
- Supporting financial and reporting routines, driving balanced scorecard, and leading consistency across all sites with cleaning procedures.
- Developing and driving site reporting, billing, and filing architecture.

**Requirements**

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Must live within 50 Kms of Sale, Victoria.
- Knowledge of the Client and its operations required.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Offshore Operations.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and resolve issues independently.
