Project Manager - Contract Specialist

The role of a Project Contract Manager is a pivotal one, overseeing the successful delivery of projects by effectively managing contractual obligations and risks.

This position involves working closely with project teams to develop and implement contract management strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and committed to achieving project goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply and enforce contract management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement contract management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to contracts and claims.
  • Issue timely contractual notices to customers and partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of contract law, as well as extensive experience in contract and claims management within the railway, infrastructure or construction sectors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
  • Extensive experience in contract and claims management within the railway, infrastructure or construction sectors.
