Health and Safety Compliance Manager

The successful candidate will develop, implement and oversee health and safety systems and policies across all sites, ensuring compliance with legislative standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert health and safety advice to management;
- Reviewing and improving health and safety policies;
- Coordinating health and safety strategies;
- Analysing work environments and investigating non-compliance incidents.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to analyse complex information and make sound recommendations;
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating health and safety risks.
