Medical Receptionist: Delivering Exceptional Patient Care

The ForHealth Group (Dayforce) is seeking a skilled Casual Medical Receptionist to join their Elizabeth practice.
This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting healthcare professionals, and handling general administration duties.
To excel in this role, you'll possess exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills, detail-orientation, ability to multi-task and prioritise, and knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into the Centre.
- Collecting and entering patient details into the database.
- Scheduling appointments (when required).
- Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
- Administration support and other ad-hoc duties.
