Nurse Practitioner Position for Medical Centre

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres, a leading provider of quality healthcare in Australia. As a key member of our Elizabeth practice, you will work collaboratively with experienced nurses and general practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care.

**Job Summary:**

The Casual Practice Nurse role involves performing health assessments, administering vaccines, and providing wound care services. You will also be responsible for triaging patients, prioritizing emergency situations, and assisting GPs with minor procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify patient needs
  • Administer vaccines and monitor post-vaccination reactions
  • Provide wound care services, including dressings and suture removal
  • Triage patients and prioritize emergency situations
  • Assist GPs with minor procedures, such as injections and blood tests
  • Manage patient clinical data, including coordination and maintenance

**Requirements:**

  • AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Proven experience in General Practice or an acute setting
  • Knowledge of health assessment is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
