About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres in Elizabeth. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing the reception area, and supporting healthcare professionals with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and welcome them to the Centre.
- Collect and enter patient details into the database.
- Schedule appointments as required.
- Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
- Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner.
- Detail-orientated and able to multi-task and prioritise.
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
