The Opportunity

We're seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Elizabeth practice as a key team member working collaboratively within the practice. This role involves managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting healthcare professionals, and general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and welcome them into our Centre with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Collect and enter patient details into our database efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments when required, utilizing your organizational skills.
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries professionally.
  • Provide administrative support and complete ad-hoc duties as needed.

  • Possess excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Show proficiency in Pracsoft/Medtech or willingness to learn.
