Job Description

As a Commercial Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations of our clients' premises. This includes supervising a team of cleaners, ensuring the delivery of contracted scope of work, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

You will work closely with our onsite manager to achieve this goal and will be expected to take charge of scheduling, training, and conducting inspections.

Your primary focus will be on managing the team's workload, resolving problems as they arise, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of commercial cleaners
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations, including task assignment, scheduling, and problem resolution
  • Conduct regular cleaning inspections to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Manage stock and consumables, including weekly stocktakes and monthly orders
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, Quality, and Environmental procedures and legislation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and obtain necessary clearances
  • A smartphone to clock in and out of shifts
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday
