About the Role:

  • ">
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model - the world's most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.">
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.">
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.">
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.">
  • Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.">
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.">
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.">

You Will Need

A relevant qualification and two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
