We are seeking a senior underground mining professional to lead our operations teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent position on an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth. You will require 5+ years of underground mining experience and 3+ years in a management role. Relevant tertiary qualifications and a valid work visa, permanent residency or Australian citizenship are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a highly skilled, engaged, and performance-driven workforce
  • Develop a high-performing team, building accountability and capability in a culture of mutual respect and open communication
  • Manage and direct underground mining activities to achieve optimal production and safety outcomes
  • Identify and implement changes to improve quality, safety, environmental performance, and operational efficiency
  • Assume responsibility for safety, compliance, and efficient operations of underground mining operations
