Security Infrastructure Project Coordinator

About the Role:

This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of security equipment projects, including scoping, procurement, installation, and commissioning of security infrastructure across various government facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, focusing on electronic and physical security systems.
  • Manage the design, installation, testing, and handover of systems like CCTV, access control, alarms, and intercoms.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Monitor project budgets, invoices, financial forecasts, and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to OH&S, environmental, and quality management standards.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare documentation, and guarantee client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering projects related to security systems/equipment.
  • Demonstrated background in capital works or technology-based infrastructure projects.
  • Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management.
  • Proficient in project management tools including MS Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of OH&S and quality assurance principles.
