Job Overview:

Government Security Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a skilled security project coordinator to deliver government infrastructure projects with a focus on electronic and physical security systems.

This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day from home) with occasional travel to regional NSW. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of security equipment projects, overseeing scoping, procurement, installation, and commissioning of security infrastructure across a range of government facilities.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, with a focus on electronic and physical security systems
  • Coordinate the design, installation, testing, and handover of systems like CCTV, access control, alarms, and intercoms
  • Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure compliance and quality
  • Manage project finances, invoices, financial forecasts, and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to OH&S, environmental, and quality management standards
  • Lead project meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Travel to regional NSW sites as required – KM reimbursement provided
