Responsibilities
  • Lead all security-related asset renewal and operational projects across a property portfolio of 700+ sites, incorporating new and emerging technology.
  • Develop, deliver, and implement project documentation to provide accurate reporting on all project activities.
  • Monitor recurring and major issues across the property portfolio to inform strategic security project planning and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader security objectives and governance requirements.
About You
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing security infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrable problem solving skills and advanced knowledge in identity management systems and system integration.
  • Experience in technical scoping, managing project delivery, and quality assessment against scope.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and coherently; strong analytical and reporting skills to generate meaningful business insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate a high volume of requests across a large, complex portfolio without compromising quality.
  • Current NSW Class 2A Security Consultant Licence. Australian citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Commonwealth security clearance under the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework.
