About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at Roto Pumps Ltd. in Dandenong South. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics, including stock receiving and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the receipt and dispatch of stock, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales and customer service teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and procedures.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in warehouse operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current forklift license with hands-on high reach experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Excel, SAP, or MYOB.
  • Knowledge of export functions and processes, an advantage.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with warehouse inventory management and a strong attention to detail.
