About the Role- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor who can develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and growth.
This role will focus on improving the overall experience of our employees by driving initiatives that support their development, safety and wellbeing. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our employees and contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategies: To enhance employee wellbeing, engagement and growth through the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs.
- Build Strong Relationships: With internal teams and external partners to build trust and confidence in the advice and guidance provided.
- Champion Employee Voice: Ensure that the voice of our employees is heard and acted upon through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that the needs of our employees are met and that our organisation remains competitive in the market.
- Proven Experience: In facilities management, human resources or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of commercial principles and practices.
- Safety Focus: Commitment to working safely and promoting a culture of safety within the organisation.
