Process Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will supervise and lead a team of process technicians to maintain and improve performance while driving a positive workplace culture that reflects the NSR Core Values.
  • Coordinate maintenance priorities and liaise with maintenance personnel to ensure timely addressing of maintenance requirements.
  • Monitor training progress of shift-based process technicians to ensure they have necessary skills and knowledge to manage workstations effectively and safely.
  • Oversee safety and emergency response practices to ensure compliance with site safety policies and procedures, minimizing risks associated with the working environment of shift personnel.
  • Proactively engage with continuous OHS improvement processes, inspecting work areas for safety, equipment operation, housekeeping, and cleanliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek candidates with at least five years of experience in mineral processing or related industries, including two years of supervisory or senior technician experience.

Candidates should possess highly developed interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, as well as excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.

A strong leader with coaching, training, and influencing abilities, basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail is required.

Candidates must be able to work as part of a team, foster team-building relationships, and adapt to improved procedures and practices.
