Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader in early learning and care to support our Centre Director in the leadership of the centre team, providing high-quality early learning and care for children aged six weeks to five years.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and engage actively with the local community networks.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to drive excellence in our dynamic and flexible program.
