Centre Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our early childhood centre in Townsville.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operation of the centre, working closely with an experienced Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality, child-led programs.
  • Contribute to a centre that values inclusivity and strong community ties.
  • Benefit from support from experienced management and support staff.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, including Assistant Directors looking to take the next step in their career.
  • A deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations.
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
