ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to spearhead our platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy innovative solutions.
  • Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing etc.
  • Stay current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation.
  • Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Portal, Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.
