Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking an IT professional to fill the role of ServiceNow developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including service portal, integrations, and reporting.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation. They will work on ServiceNow portal, JavaScript, UI Page, and lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of application development lifecycle, technical troubleshooting skills, and strong analytical and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering
  • At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting, and JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills and project management skills
