  • Delivering exceptional service to clients and guests with high attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
  • Making all types of coffee with speed and accuracy while maintaining standard and accuracy throughout shift.
  • Providing warm and caring attitude, strong Latte Art skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Able to produce high-volume amount of coffees with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong personal presentation and grooming standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly attentive and organized.
  • Current NSW RSA.
  • Availability to work rotating 7-day roster including weekends, morning, and evening shifts.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
