You will play a key role in our dynamic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a vibrant atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that's welcoming and engaging.

Coffee Shop Team Member Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
  • Good communication skills
  • Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
  • Promote loyalty program
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items - coffees with latte art
  • Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Coffee shop qualifications and skills, can handle 6 - 8 kilos of coffees on shift
  • POS and cash handling
  • Food handling and serving
  • Must be available to work at 6am any days from Monday -Friday

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Right attitude - high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
  • Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team
  • Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience preferred
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
  • Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Casual
  • Pay: From $31.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
