We are currently seeking a motivated Barista who can fill the role of Relief Coffee Shop Supervisor on a casual basis.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that services meet or go above and beyond customer expectations
- Lead and supervise the Coffee Shop front of house team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld
- To assist in the set up and maintenance of all service areas accepting responsibility of set up presentation at all times
- Maintaining daily/weekly procedures such as running shifts / cleaning /opening & closing / general tasks / ordering stock
- Liaise with Catering Manager with regards to customer enquires/complaints when needed
- Liaise with club management regarding any operational issues/incidents and provide suggestions
- Any other relevant duties assigned by management
- Food Preparation

Key Criteria:

- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Ability to cover coffee shop supervisor and take on extra shifts when other supervisors are on leave
- Passionate in both coffee and customer experiences
- Energetic attitude
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- RSA and RCG

Hourly Rate:
Mon - Fri = $32.14 - $ 36.47

Sat = $38.57 - $43.77

Sun = $45.00 - $51.06

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.14 - $51.06 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Shift work

- Penalty rates
