We are seeking an experienced beverage professional to fill a key role within our coffee shop.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working in Sydney cafes and possess fluency in English.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers and taking their orders
  • Preparing a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, and long black
  • Preparing other beverages served at the coffee shop, such as tea, hot chocolate, and iced drinks
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including rotating and replenishing stock

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent results and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced cafe environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with coffee preparation and equipment
