Supply Chain Planner Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations team. As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our workshop and field support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced planner with strong critical thinking and logic skills to lead end-to-end planning, including labor, logistics, materials, and work scope development, with a focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
  • You will develop and maintain detailed resource-aligned workshop schedules that meet both internal and customer requirements, ensuring all required resources are effectively planned and available to support execution.
  • The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of supply chain and planning fundamentals, with a proven track record of success in complex production and assembly environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiating skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management is preferred, but extensive experience in relevant fields can be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Strong knowledge of 6S and lean principles, as well as MS Office and Oracle Fusion ERP System, is desirable.
  • The ability to work with cross-cultural organizations and groups, with excellent written and oral communication skills, is essential for this role.
