Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of global procurement activities, including sourcing and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing and supplier management.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing purchase orders and contracts.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and address any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and documentation.
  • Analyse data to support decision-making and improve procurement strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or diploma in supply chain, business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
