The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Associate to join our team at the Longines Boutique in Perth. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the boutique management team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with clients, and grow the boutique's client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Ensure personal and store sales targets are met, while maintaining a deep understanding of our product lines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the setup and takedown of the boutique, ensuring compliance with company policies and presentation standards.
- Conduct daily security stock counts and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies, including display concepts and stock rotation.
- Act as a liaison between the boutique and the management team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform your sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Computer literacy skills, with proficiency in sales software and systems.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the high standards of the Swatch Group brand.
