Business Development Coordinator

As a professional in business development, you will be instrumental in coordinating tenders, tracking opportunities and following up with clients to drive growth and expansion within the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including directors, associates and clients. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
One of your key responsibilities will be to set up a CRM system to coordinate all business development activities. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. This will involve attending industry events, building relationships with decision-makers and identifying potential partnerships and collaborations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the property and construction sector, with a background in architectural/design or consultancy. They will be highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for business development and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
