Residential Care Worker Position

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to play a vital role in ensuring the safety and stability of children and young people.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and attend activities or appointments with young people
  • Support and manage their behaviours
  • Use daily routines to provide hands-on training for life skills such as cooking, personal care, and budgeting
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the house
  • Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports

Key Requirements:

  • Child Safety Screening Check (LCS2)
  • Cert 4 or higher recognised qualification
  • Driver's licence (P2 minimum)
  • Hope & Healing modules
  • Smartphone with internet access
  • CPR Certificate (willing to obtain)
