Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Care Partners. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing premium care experiences to our clients. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Deliver high-quality care services that are tailored to each client's individual circumstances
  • Collaborate with our Care Designers to develop and implement personalized care plans

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the safety needs of clients and using equipment safely and properly
  • Completing records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Identifying and reporting client care concerns to Care Designers when needed
Requirements
  • Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • NDIS Clearance
