We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team.

The Opportunity

Our residential care facility is committed to providing an environment that encourages residents to remain independent. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner.

Working closely with our clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams, you will support residents in making choices and controlling their support needs.

About You

We hire based on attitude and aptitude, so experience in aged care is not necessary. However, you must have a resident-centric approach, think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues alike.

Key requirements include:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in the Australian Aged Care Sector
  • Excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team, and follow set safety procedures
  • Excellent safety awareness to avoid accidents and injuries
  • Ability to think on your feet and ensure residents are the main focus
  • A passion for making a difference to the elderly by being their personal carer
  • Positive teamwork attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to help
  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or completed 1st year nursing studies
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
