About Stellar Recruitment Pty

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Site HR Advisor. This is a permanent role that offers the chance to make a significant impact on-site operations and support a dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees directly at the site.
  2. Handle data entry and setup within the organisation's learning and asset management platform.
  3. Collaborate and provide support with various HR activities on-site, ensuring effective HR processes and practices.
  4. Perform a range of administrative HR duties, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  5. Develop, implement, monitor, and review the Employee Engagement Experience System ensuring smooth transition from one process to the next, including the repetitive processes such as performance and conduct review and development plans.
  6. Performance and Conduct Management
  7. Developing and amending current HR Standards and Procedures.
  8. Analysing and reporting on HR Metrics.

Requirements

  1. 2+ years' experience across human resources ideally in the mining industry or similar industrial sector.
  2. Familiarity with learning and training systems is highly desirable.
  3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
