About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute business leader to join our team as a Dealer Principal for our Toowoomba branch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our dealership and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and after-sales targets
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership team to develop and implement strategies for continued growth and profitability
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to maximize performance and profit
  • Foster a customer-first attitude and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the Leadership team to drive increased capability at a management level

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Dealer Principal or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in administration, sales, and after-sales
  • People management experience and ability to develop and lead a high-performing team
