Key Responsibilities

  • Create an exceptional store environment that delivers elevated customer experiences
  • Own the store's financial performance by driving KPIs and delivering EBIT results
  • Lead daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, omni-channel sales, and security
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture and coach your team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Ensure compliance with policies and company procedures
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, upholding our values

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail management or leadership experience (jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brand preferred)
  • A proven track record of driving results in a KPI-focused retail environment
  • A natural leader passionate about coaching and motivating teams
  • Professional presentation and polished communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with an openness to omni-channel retail strategies
