We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team within Enterprise Business. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that IT services meet performance and capacity requirements - today and into the future.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on service performance and utilisation metrics, identifying risks and improvement opportunities across voice, data, and video services.
- Creating and delivering accurate monthly capacity and performance reports, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborating with engineering teams and vendors to troubleshoot capacity anomalies and support technical resolution.
- Providing capacity input to new projects and proactively supporting future growth through medium- to long-term planning.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional results. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be highly valued in this role.
