Childcare Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and caring team member to join our OSHC team. As an educator, you will be responsible for providing nurturing care and support to children in our centre.

Job Description:

We focus on creating a safe, secure and welcoming environment that celebrates diversity, individuality and active play. Our centre offers a range of fun and engaging activities that encourage free play and structured experiences.

Hours:

  • Before School: 6:30 am – 8:30 am
  • After School: 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Vacation Care: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator:

  • Providing nurturing care and support to children
  • Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
  • Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with all team members
  • Working collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
  • Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care

What We're Looking For:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services(or ACECQA approved)
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for working with children and contributing to their growth in a play-based setting
  • Previous experience in OSHC or a similar environment (desirable)
