Job Role Overview

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal part in delivering enhancements within the grant management system, working closely with stakeholders to bridge business needs and technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Elicit, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders across the department.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for vendors and ICT teams.
  • Support project planning and sequencing of work packages.
  • Map current and future-state processes to identify gaps and improvements.
  • Assist with vendor and system testing activities.
  • Develop supporting documentation such as business requirements and process maps.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ICT projects, ideally in grant management or CRM platforms.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with vendors to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across organisational levels.
