Job Title

The Senior Delivery Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing multiple projects across the power systems portfolio.

  • Leads and technically oversees projects through delivery managers who will deliver each project.
  • Provides expert advice to the ITO team on delivery matters across the portfolio, ensuring consistency from ITO to OTR.
  • Cultivates relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Leverages leadership skills to define, implement, and maintain best practices and delivery standards across existing and new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with Project Manager on power system software development and implementation projects, scope management, schedule, risk management, and quality management.
  • Accountable for successful delivery of technical scope items meeting schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
  • Project Execution control: Builds effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Manages project teams to drive project deliverables.
  • Communicates effectively with Project Manager, Architects, Customer, Project teams (APAC and global), and commercial team.
  • Utilizes product knowledge and expertise to drive excellence in execution through continuous improvement, change management.
  • Agile mindset and ability to work with one or more Scrum Teams (Region and Global team) to execute and deliver solutions for customers.
  • Good understanding of DevOps concepts, such as automated builds, deployments, and tests, to lead customers and apply those concepts daily.
  • Validates project scope review in coordination with Solution Design team identifying, documenting, and estimating any change requests or project risks with mitigation plans.
  • Assists in tendering process for project proposals or CRs working with Customer Engagement team/resource managers to validate scope and estimates and reviewing each proposal with the customer.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline from an accredited university or college.
  • Proven experience in senior technical consultancy role within the industry.
  • Minimum 15 years related work experience leading engineering teams, implementing products, and engaging directly with customers.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience with Digital software SCADA, Energy Management System (EMS), and Distribution Management System (DMS).
