Fitness Sales Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Club Manager.
The successful candidate will have the potential to become our Club Manager, driving growth and community engagement through sales and marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the smooth running of the gym, promoting membership sales, and connecting with existing members and the wider community.
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about fitness and sales. They will possess excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person, and be confident using social media platforms.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with experience in sales and customer relations, as well as a Certificate III and IV in Fitness (although this is not essential).
Must-haves include bundles of personality and enthusiasm, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
