Team Member - Sales and Operations

**Job Description**:

We are seeking a motivated Team Member to join our sales and operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our sales targets and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the club.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive membership sales and reach sales targets
  • Management of Club Operations, or assist the manager
  • Servicing potential and new members
  • Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day

**Requirements:**

Proven sales experience or strong customer service skills

Solid understanding of Targets, KPI's and Lead Generation

Possession of a Certificate III or IV in Fitness (highly desirable)

First Aid/CPR certificate and Working with Children Blue Card
