About This Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic health and fitness environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our members, casual users, and potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to acquire new members and deliver first-class customer experiences that meet our high standards.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing, and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek out new business opportunities for the club, representing the facility and its values in a positive and professional manner.

You will have the responsibility of achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out with your supervisor. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and a genuine desire to help people achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities

  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone.">
  3. Promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments.">
  4. Prospect for new business opportunities and tour the facilities to showcase our services.">
  5. Closing sales and getting referrals for future sales.">
  6. Work closely with the Assistant Club Manager and Club Manager to achieve individual and team goals and targets.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.

- Previous experience in a similar position or a related field such as sales, customer service, or retail.

- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification.

- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.

- Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or a retail environment is highly advantageous.
