As a shift leader, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. We are looking for energetic individuals who can take pride in their work, have fun, and grow with us.

This role involves supervising employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining food safety, reviewing guest counts and sales projections, and actively seeking customer feedback.

To succeed in this role, you should be well-presented, friendly, and organized. You should also be able to lead a team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and multitask effectively. Additionally, you should have good communication skills, be resilient, and have a positive mindset.
