About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial units

  • Develop and establish property and facilities contracts
Requirements
  • Previous strata management experience is essential
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft software packages
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Clean police clearance
