We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a mixed-use and well-maintained portfolio, implementing compliance with relevant strata and community title legislation, and coordinating maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of strata properties, ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
- Implement and maintain compliance with relevant strata and community title legislation, ensuring our clients' interests are protected.
- Develop and implement strata/community management agreements, ensuring alignment with our clients' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure seamless handovers and effective communication with clients.
- Previous strata management experience is essential, with a proven track record of success.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft software packages, with experience in strata management software an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including up to $90,000 super and meeting fee commissions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a reputable and well-established strata management company, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
