Strata Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to oversee the management of a well-established boutique portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing approximately 500 lots, with minimal travel required due to the properties' proximity to our office.
The ideal candidate will have previous strata management experience, ideally 2+ years, and be knowledgeable in Stratafy software. They will also possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills, as well as a confident and high-energy personality.
As a Strata Manager with our agency, you will receive substantial administrative support, allowing you to focus on high-value tasks. You will be responsible for conducting AGMs, arranging maintenance, and owner communication, among other duties.
