Meaningful Dining Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Food Services Professional to contribute to our hospitality team. As a key member, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring our Food Safety Program, providing high-quality food and beverages that meet the individual needs and preferences of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To plan and prepare menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary requirements of our residents.
  • To serve and present food and refreshments in accordance with the FSP, ensuring excellent presentation and quality.
  • To maintain a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with the FSP.
  • To assist with the monitoring and recording requirements of the FSP, including temperature checks and inventory management.
  • To provide timely and friendly delivery of meals and refreshments to all residents.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified in food handling and safety practices.
  • Able to acquire and hold a current National Police Certificate.
  • Previous experience in residential aged care food services is highly desirable.
