Job Title: Patient Care Specialist
">- Maintain accurate and detailed reports of patient care and treatment plans.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor them for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
Essential Functions:
">- Provide individualized nursing care to patients with varying health needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Modify treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
Education and Experience:
">- Associate's Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Clinical nursing experience - minimum 1 year required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
">- Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
- Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
